东北大学学士(1996)和硕士(2000),新南威尔士大学博士(2007)。长期从事于对颗粒系统和含有固体颗粒的多相流和传热传质的基础研究,以及各种工业过程(例如矿物加工、化工和冶金过程)的应用研究。主持/参与了10余项澳大利亚科研基金项目和两项国家重大和重点项目,其中主持的项目(包括承担的子课题)约200万澳元;累计发表150余篇论文;已指导毕业博士研究生17名;受邀国际会议特邀报告10余次;担任重要学术会议秘书以及分会主席等并受邀担任澳大利亚科研项目评审和多种国际权威学术刊物评阅专家。曾任澳大利亚科研理事会博士后,新南威尔士大学讲师,澳大利亚科研理事会颗粒计算中心副主任,蒙纳士大学高级讲师和兼职教授,现为江西理工大学特聘教授。
